Welcome to The Well
We are a local Christian assembly located in Southwest Florida. Our mission is to teach others the reality of the new creation, to see Jesus more clearly, to leave behind the traditions of men, and respond to the love of God.
Who we are
We are a local church meeting in SW Florida. Through New Testament teaching we are fulfilling our mission to reach the church with Good News.
What we do
In addition to our meetings we have special events with outside speakers, as well as online teachings.

The Reality of the New Creation
Jesus Was The First
“And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.” (Colossians 1:18)
As He Is So Are We
“Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world.” (1 John 4:17)
Our Life Is Now Hidden In Him
“For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.” (Colossians 3:3-4)

Purpose of Church
Community, friendship, connection are all good, but church is more than just that. Church is a time and place where we come together as an assembly with a heavenly purpose. The Greek word is ekklésia.
Highly Valued
Our value was determined by God before the foundation of the world. He sees us in Christ. No amount of religious works can get us any closer than Jesus has already brought us. Church is not a place to hone our works, it's a place to rest in the finished work of the cross.
Upward Direction
When we come together we put our thoughts on things above, we become heavenly-minded. From that perspective we can begin to function as a heavenly assembly. From heaven we can see clearly what heaven's design is for the earth.
One Body
Denominations, buildings, organizations are all man-made structures. We are now one body in Christ. Every person who believes on Jesus is a part. There is no division in Him. We welcome all believers in Jesus.
The Open Door
Jesus Himself is the Open Door into heaven. Death is our enemy and is not our way into heaven. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man comes to the Father except by me.
